The Hogan Agency is an independent family-owned insurance agency that provides insurance services for the entire region. For over 50 years, we have served the insurance needs of the fine people and businesses that have chosen our agency. Charles R. Hogan, Sr.
CEO
- Founder and Principal owner, insurance was Charles' second career. He worked in church music and education for over 15 years before starting The Hogan Agency in 1973. He was an active participant in local civic service as well as a member of his church orchestra. He held a Master's Degree, was a Certified Insurance Counselor and an Authorized OSHA Construction Trainer. Charles Hogan passed away Feb 2025.
Evelyn C. Hogan
President
- She has worked beside Charles since the beginning, establishing and growing the business. Her training is in office management and accounting, and she has earned the Certified Insurance Counselor designation.
Charles R. Hogan, Jr
Executive-Vice President
- After graduating from LSU, he joined The Hogan Agency as a commercial producer in 1996. He has experience in all insurance lines and received the Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2001.
Lisa Hogan Davidson
Secretary-Treasurer
- Lisa began working in the family business while attending college. She holds a BBA in Marketing from NLU now known as University of Louisiana at Monroe. She is also a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) since 2001 and is a commercial insurance and bonding agent.
Beth Davidson Ostlie
Personal Lines Manager
- Beth began working for the family insurance agency while in high school. She obtained her BBA in Insurance and Finance along with Risk Management from ULM. She is a licensed agent working with Personal Insurance such as auto, home, boat, RV, ATV and Business Insurance.
Jessica T. Roberts
Personal Lines CSR
- Jessica began working for The Hogan Agency in 2008 as a CSR and is a licensed agent working with both Personal and Business insurance. Her primary focus is auto and home insurance as well as insurance for recreational toys such as boat, RVs, ATV/UTV etc.
